ABOUT THE POINTE OF ART FUNDRAISER for Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theater is an exquisite and captivating event. Held from 5 pm - 8 pm on October 26, 2023, in the beautiful foyer of Carmel Sunset Cultural Center, this unique and stunning silent auction showcases a diverse range of artworks from 25 professional artists with local galleries or studios -- all inspired by the dancers. Plus, we'll enjoy dance performances, great treats, live music, raffles, and meeting the artists and dancers.

Around 250 members of 22 Rotary Clubs in Monterey County joined forces on Laguna Seca on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and successfully planted 2.5 acres worth of plants to help migrating monarch butterflies, which despite a more positive showing this year have seen their numbers dwindle over the past decade.
